Meet Dr. Colorado!
Dr. Natalia Cristina Colorado is a board-certified Pediatrician. She is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. She grew up in Austin, Texas, and after graduating a year early from Anderson High School, as a participant in the International Baccalaureate Program she attended the University of Texas at Austin where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and participated in UTeach. She then received her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica in the West Indies. Dr. Colorado completed her Pediatric Residency at the University of South Alabama in Mobile and later completed her fellowship in Pediatric Hematology Oncology at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock.
In 2019, she returned to Texas to be closer to her family after working as a Pediatric Hematologist-Oncologist at the St. Jude Affiliate Clinic in Huntsville, AL from 2016 to 2019. During her professional practice, Dr. Colorado has experienced a broad range of Pediatric medicine.
Dr. Colorado enjoys sharing her experience in clinical medicine with her patients and their families. She also enjoys Latin ballroom dancing and visiting her native island of Puerto Rico. Besides her medical practice, Dr.
Colorado’s other passion centers around the upbringing, education, and well-being of her two lovely children.
